Refunds:
EXCHANGES ONLY

We only replace items if they are defective from manufacture. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rlsexhaust@josiahivey.net and send your item to: 1308 E Marvin Ave, Waxahachie, Texas US 75165. Our policy lasts 365 days. We will exchange any product, except exhaust with a powder coating*, up to one year after purchase for manufacture defect. If 365 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange on your exhaust, the product must be damaged due to manufacture defect.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

*PLEASE NOTE:
Powder-coated exhausts have NO WARRANTY, and should be purchased with this understanding in mind. We do not cover manufacturing defects in powder-coated exhausts, including but not limited to chipping, wear of any kind, including in entirety, etc.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1308 E Marvin, Waxahachie, Texas US 75165

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. contact me direct before returning any items 469-878-5166
